Add a customer or supplier
Open Parties from the More menu, tap + New Party. Mark them as customer, supplier or both.
Save a walk-in as a customer v3
If a counter customer turns out to be a regular, you don't have to re-enter their details by hand. Open any walk-in invoice → tap the overflow menu → Save as customer.
- The dialog pre-fills the name and phone you typed on the receipt
- The current invoice is linked to the new party automatically
- Tick "Also link past walk-in invoices with this phone" and the app finds every previous walk-in carrying the same number and links them in one shot — your party history opens up retroactively

Name & type
Customer, Supplier, or both.

Auto-validated format. Printed on invoices.
Phone & WhatsApp
One-tap call or WhatsApp from the party screen.

Bill-to address on invoices.

Optional, helps in fast search.
Per-party history
Open any party to see three tabs:
- Invoices — all sells, with status
- Payments — all received & made
- Expenses — any cashbook entry linked to this party
Outstanding balance & sorting
The party list can be sorted by name, recent activity, or outstanding balance. Use the latter to chase pending payments.
Party statement export
Tap the share icon on any party detail screen to export a complete statement (date-wise, with running balance) as PDF or Excel — perfect to share with the customer.
One-tap contact
From the party screen:
- Call — opens dialer
- WhatsApp — opens chat with their number
- Send Invoice on WhatsApp — direct PDF share
